At eCheckProcessing (“eCP”) we recognize that your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we receive and collect when you use our web site and services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard information. We collect personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, bank account information, and Social Security numbers) from you when you set up an account with eCheckProcessing. You do not need to set up an account to view the eCP website, but you must be registered to use any of the Payment Processing Services we offer. We do not sell, share, or in any other way transmit personally identifiable information (name, address, phone number, etc.) submitted by non-registered users to any other persons or companies. Personally identifiable information from registered users may be shared with eCheckProcessing’s partners or trusted third parties with your consent for the sole purpose of establishing a service relationship with such parties.

COLLECTION OF MOBILE IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

You authorize your wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to use your mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status details, if available, to allow verification of your identity and to compare information you have provided to eCP with your wireless operator account profile information for the duration of the business relationship.

REGISTERED ECP ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Our site requires you to give us contact information (name, address, phone number, and e-mail address) and billing information. We use your contact information to verify your identity and send you messages about your transactions or our company. We use your billing and financial information (bank account numbers and possibly credit card numbers) to facilitate payments through the eCP system and collect fees for our services, if applicable. eCP will only disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law(s) or comply with legal process served on eCP; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of eCP, or; (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the eCheckProcessing Network, its web sites, or the public.

MARKETING

eCP does not share or sell Affiliate, Agent, Reseller, Merchant, or Customer (End User) Company Data or personal data with or to any third party for any reason including marketing. eCP from time to time may market directly to end users with offers of the eCheck processing service. Such offers will be limited in scope and will not specifically name any merchant, agent, affiliate, or reseller.

USE OF DEMOGRAPHIC AND PROFILE DATA

In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyze demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on our web site. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our web site.

SECURITY

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Once we receive contact information it is immediately downloaded to an isolated database which is not readily available to the internet.

GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND LAWSUITS

We may disclose data about you to governmental and law enforcement authorities if we are required to do so; or if we think the disclosure is appropriate; and (or) you authorize these disclosures. CHOICE/OPT-OUT

Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.
